WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK

A 'new' New York City + style related post!

<3

I absolutely love wandering the streets of Manhattan during the warm seasons. Everything is in full bloom; the people, the flowers, the air. It feels so good to see the sun peaking out, and covering the all buildings, and plants. I did a little exploration down in Washington Square Park which is a place I don't often visit, but should. I love the arch, which mirrors the Arc de Triomphe, in Paris - my favorite monument in Paris! So if you're ever in New York and you want to visit Paris...

For my outfit, I chose to wear a simple satin dress from & Other Stories, one of my favorite brands for dresses! They're very delicate, and dainty, and flattering on if I may say so myself. I'm a sucker for animal print, so although the tag may have read $85, my eyes were too busy glazing over the print. I went for a pair of heels, which is totally out of my comfort zone, but I would say it compliments the dress nicely. My heels are from Lulu's, and as you can see they are simple red, low-heeled heels, and they're very comfortable for (some short) walking! I was totally going for that "Carrie Bradshaw city love" look with them!

Hope you guys liked this post!! I'm going to be doing tons of more NYC pictures in the coming months ---- stay tuned!! :~)))
