Dallas, Texas

I spent a little weekend in Dallas, Texas. Here's a look at my weekend, and some of my favorite things <3 <3

On our first day, we got there around 10am, and I really wanted to visit the "Good Morning Dallas" wall; I found it on Pinterest, and thought it would be really neat to visit there!

After that -- of course we had to take a trip to In N Out. My friend, Marisol, never had it before, and it's my mission to bring all of my friends to In N Out! (She loved it btw!)

We wanted to just chill by the pool for a while, since we woke up at 3:30 am that day, and it was nearly 101 degrees outside!!

For dinner, we went to Golden Corral, to see the new Spiderman Homecoming movie, and then back to the hotel to rest!

The next day, we went to visit The Eyeball; we were disappointed it was gated off due to private property but it was cool to see nonetheless. We walked around the little city for a while, until we headed off to a Lake park!

In Dallas, you're really in 'the country' so we wanted to get the full experience, and go to the heart of the country. We kayaked along White Rock Lake which was just spectacular. Pictures, obviously, never do it fully justice but here's a little looksey at the beauty that is Mother Earth.

After being so hot, and tired from Kayaking for an hour, we decided to grab some lunch at Maggianos Little Italy, in the NorthPark Mall which is near our hotel. I've been to Maggianos before, and the food is always so good, and fresh!

Back to the pool!

We went out for Mexican food that night at Komali, I have to admit, I've had better guac, but it was a good little place nonetheless. We then Uber-ed to the Reunion Tower, to get a night-time look over the city!

------------------------------

This was probably our favorite day, and activity!! We rode a two-hour horse trail, and it was beyond what words can explain! We rode with Judy from Chrome of Paints Trailrides, and the experience was so good. The horses were lovely (and hungry, but who isn't?), so comfortable to be riding them! Judy was so friendly, and knowledgable about the area, and of course her horses so it was great to talk with her!

The trail ride itself was beautiful! We rode through the beautiful countryside, along a lake, and I was taken aback by the nature! We rode around Benbrook Lake!

"I've been so in touch with nature on this little trip to Dallas, and I've loved every moment of it. πŸ’œ Being a New York native, I've never truely expierenced nature, and "the country". Such a treasure. I've ridden horses in Ireland, Kosovo, Florida, New York, and now Texas. I'm such an adventurer, and so blessed at the opportunities I'm fortunate enough to take. 🀞🏻🀘🏻 || Love you my little Diamond, and much love to my adventure buddy @_marisolmm πŸ’œπŸ’ŽπŸŒŽπŸŒΏπŸ‡πŸΌ"

After the horses, we got back to the hotel around 2pm, and rested by the pool! We were soo exhausted, and needed to rinse off in the water as well!

Around 7, we went out for dinner at Trinity Groves, to Next Generation Mexican Food, which had by far the best guacamole I've ever had!!! I'm a guac whore, I've had all different types, and this is #1!!! It wasn't too creamy, or light, it had the right amount of flavor, and totally fresh! We saw the girl making it for us! (Gotta steal that recipe ;))

We walked along the infamous Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, which was beautiful at sunset!

Mother Earth is so beautiful. Nothing beats this.

Our last day was really low-key, we went to the #CACTEX wall which was really neat, and then to the North Park mall again, to shop a little!

Bye, Dallas, thank you for the mems!
